On an iPhone or iPad: Share → Add to Home Screen, then open the portfolio from the Home Screen. The Home Screen app keeps its own storage, apart from Safari’s, so it saves and updates its own copy — on any page, the line at the very bottom (“Available offline”) leads back here. Safari itself deletes a site’s stored data after seven days without a visit; the Home Screen app is exempt.
